Cozy cabin in back yard,it's quiet and private (the room for ONE PERSON stay only，no extra person allowed,thank you for your cooperation) The shared shower is in the backyard too, but it’s not inside of the room , you need walk few steps to get there . We expect you will respect our home. 1 No extra guests allowed. If there are more guests staying over night,we will charge you $30 per guests. 2 lights and AC/HEATING To be turned OFF when away. 3 No eating meals in the (Website hidden by Airbnb) are OK 4 If you need earlier check in or later check out than require time,and the place is available to do so,please ask ahead of time. Fee will also be applied as $8/hour. 5 No smoking No drugs in the house.Alcohol is OK 6 Unreturned or lost house keys will be charged a $25 replacement fee.
