Cozy house in nice quiet neighborhood in North Arlington. 10 minutes drive and only 1 red light away from downtown Washington, Georgetown, the Pentagon, Amazon new HQ, National Airport, etc. Few minutes drive to Ballston metro and Shopping Mall, Clarendon and Courthouse metro and lively neighborhoods, shops, bars, restaurants, nightlife. Fully furnished cozy house in a quiet beautiful residential area, very close to Washington downtown and to Rosslyn-Ballston corridor. Remodeled rambler house with a very spacious living area on the first floor, nice large kitchen opening on a patio and a large shaded backyard with plenty of flowers in season. 2 bedrooms + an office and bathroom on first floor. Hardwood floors throughout except in bedroom 1 which is carpeted. An extra bedroom with large window + bathroom in the finished basement. The house is fully equipped and the whole house can be used, except the room on the second floor which we keep for our personal needs and which will be locked, and except the garage where we leave our car. You can easily park on the driveway and there is plenty of parking space on the street. We’ll be totally available by email. Also, a close friend of ours living 15 minutes away is our property manager and will be available for all questions and help if necessary. Our neighborhood is very quiet with beautiful surroundings and a large park and nature center one block away. It is conveniently located few minutes drive from Ballston neighborhood and the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor. The Rosslyn-Ballston corridor is a series of five thriving "urban villages" following Wilson and Clarendon Boulevards west from Rosslyn, just across the Potomac from Georgetown. Pricey high-rises are home to the largest concentration of restaurants, bars, and entertainment in Arlington. The house is easily accessible by car, from DC, Northern Virginia main businesses et Maryland. It is 10 minutes drive to downtown DC, Georgetown, Rosslyn, National Airport etc. and few minutes drive to Ballston and the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor, and to grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. It is few minutes away from Ballston or Virginia Square Metro stations ( Orange/Silver Line.) There is a bus stop at a walkable distance (3 blocks away) operating on weekdays with regular schedule hours, to Ballston neighborhood and Metro station. Our guests will get a copy of the House Rules upon arrival. Note that electricity and gas is additional and to be paid by the guest at end of the stay.
