Newly renovated space for your comfortable stay while in Brandon. The property is quiet, clean and close to many amenities in Brandon. Parking is available at the back. This 1200 square foot, two bedroom suite is on the second floor, so you will have one flight of stairs. The suite comes equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, stove, fridge, freezer, programmable coffee maker, and everything you need to make a nice meal at home. If you plan to bring your fur baby, he or she is welcome but there will be an additional $10 nightly fee for his or her stay. Please clean up after him or her each time they go outside. *at booking, let me know you have a pet or two and adjust the number of guests as to trigger the additional $10/guest fee per night to accommodate your fur baby(s). All guests will have access to a shared laundry room located on the second floor. It is coin operated & requires two loonies per wash & dry. Once booking is confirmed, you'll receive a key code to enter the suite. It will be preset for the duration of your stay. No need to carry keys around. Feel free to text me once you arrive with any questions at all. I’m rarely on-site but my cleaner Karla, co-host Sarah or maintenance people Jay or Ben, are nearby and can help if anything comes up. The property is located 6 blocks south-east of BU, a half block south of Victoria Ave. 4 blocks to Super Store & liquor mart, 5 blocks to Pizza Express & Sabor Latino, two of my personal favorite restaurants worth visiting, both deliver as well. This property is conveniently located and easy to find. Bus stop is steps away and there is ample parking in the back of the property.
