Entire bungalow/Pool/Beach access.

Beautiful bungalow with beach access in the heart of a worldwide kiteboarding destination! Located in a prestigious residential area of Paracas, the bungalow has a living/dining indoor and outdoor area with TV and kitchenette. The living room is on the first floor of the bungalow: It has TV and DVD, 2 sofas, 2 lounge chairs and a table. The kitchen is next to the swimming pool and near by the outdoor dining area. It has a big refrigerator, a stove, sink, microwave, electric oven, pots, utensils, dishes, glasses. Please bring your own drinking water, oil, salt, sugar, groceries, etc... *We provide boiled water to drink but some people prefer bottled water. The kitchen is well equipped. The bungalow also includes: A swimming pool long enough to do laps, fronton (outdoor squash, please bring your own fronton balls), 2cars parking space. Access to the beach through the boathouse. The bedrooms are well equipped with bed sheets, blankets and towels. You will be the only guests during your staying, so you will not need to share the swimming pool or the amenities with other guests. The terrace looking at the bay is idea to have breakfast or enjoy the beautiful sunset. Guests can access all areas of the bungalow (upstairs and downstairs), the swimming pool, the fronton court, and the beach. Beach access is through the boathouse! The main house with water view is not for rent! Our wonderful caretakers are Mr. Wilian and Mrs. Sole. They are available every day from 9am to 5pm to answer your questions. They are not available to help with daily cooking, cleaning, shopping or transportation. They do not speak English but you can always call me through whatssap if you need to communicate with me. Lovely neighborhood with access to marine life. Ballestas Islands: - Hotel La Hacienda: The only boat with a sunroof is from La Hacienda Hotel at 8am. It is more expensive and you must reserve in advance at: (Phone and e-mail hidden). - Cruz del Sur: This boat departs from the bay near my house. You need reservation: (Phone and e-mail hidden). - There are lots of tours to the Ballesta Islands from El Chaco but I do not recommend them even tho they are cheaper. National Park “La Reserva”: - Go-Pro Adventures: Please ask for George. He is a great driver and guide. You can reach him at: (phone and e-mail hidden) Water sports: - Please contact Jose (Phone and e-mail hidden) Please also note that out of respect for our caretakers who live on the premises, the doors to the house will be closed at 11 pm. If you would like to come back to the house after 11pm, please arrange this with our caretakers. Please no visitors or parties. Only those registered are allowed on the premises. If you arrive after 6pm, it may be difficult to find a taxi to take you to our bungalow if you arrive in Paracas by bus. Please arrange a pick up in advance. The Hilton Double Tree Hotel is a five minute walking distance from the bungalow. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. *You can also order Fabiola’s lasagna, quiches or delicious pastries: (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) She will delivery it to your bungalow. Electricity and Wifi in Paracas is not 100% reliable. There may be outages. Sometimes sandstorms called “Paraka” can make outdoor activities impossible and the house may get very dusty. * You cannot use any of our water equipment but you can rent kayaks next door or at Hilton hotel.
