New secluded 45m2 very quiet suite in the heart of the city. The location is on a mixed street only a block from a major shopping street that connects you with everything. A perfect location to reach any part of Paramaribo. The suite with fast WiFi, powerful AC has a king size bed with a wardrobe, an office desk and a living area. It opens up to a large kitchen and dining area. The shower is located across the hall from your suite. We offer comfort, cleanliness and a nice homely feel. COVID-19: We follow the guidelines of the local authorities. Guests who are fully vaccinated and have a negative pcr test are allowed. The suite has a king-size bed, which can be separated into 2 twin xl beds if necessary, sofa, sofa chair with a coffee table, a television, an office desk with a chair, a mini fridge, and a wardrobe. The studio opens up to a large room with a fully stocked kitchen, large dining table with chairs, washing machine with drying rack and a separate air conditioner that can be turned on when needed. The shower, commode, and vanity are located across the hall from the bedroom door. Privacy fencing surrounds the entire complex and there is ample parking for your car, or use the taxi and bus service that is within walking distance. If you like swimming there is a swimming pool within a 10 minute walk from you apartment. Paramaribo's tourist attractions are also within walking distance. And from this location there aren't any daily traffic jams. We offer comfort and a nice homely feel. As a result, the apartment is also suitable for long term stays. OMSCHRIJVING Studio Het hele complex is omgeven door een hoge schutting voor privacy en er is voldoende verlichting. De ruime studio (45m2) is van alle gemakken voorzien en volledig gemeubileerd met krachtige airco. Er staat een groot 2-persoonsbed ( 203 cm lang en 193 cm breed), een bureau met bureaustoel, 3-zits, 1 fauteuil, salon tafel, kledingkast, koelkast. Douche en toilet bevindt zich tegenover de kamer. De grote woonkeuken heeft een eettafel met 8 zitplaatsen. Er staat een koelkast, magnetron, waterkoker, rijstkoker, kooktoestel, potten, pannen, strijkijzer, strijkplank, bestek, serviesgoed en wasmachine. Naast genoemde basismeubilair en huishoudelijke artikelen, zijn er ook schone keukendoeken, badhanddoeken en beddengoed aanwezig. Uw auto kan veilig geparkeerd worden op ons terrein. Taxibedrijven, busverbindingen, eetgelegenheden (naast de deur) en winkels bevinden zich op loopafstand. In- en uit check tijden zijn flexibel. Het uitgaanscentrum is te voet binnen 20 minuten te bereiken. Andere bezienswaardigheden van Paramaribo liggen op loop afstand en vanuit deze locatie heeft u geen dagelijkse file. U kunt verder heerlijk gaan zwemmen in zwembad Parima dat zich om de hoek bevindt. We bieden comfort, hygiëne en een fijn huiselijk gevoel waardoor het appartement ook zeer geschikt is voor lang verblijf. The suite is on the second floor of a brand new commercial building. The building houses a business on the first floor. There's also an office on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area and commode are shared by a few others during the office hours of 8 am-4:30 pm mo - fri and sat till 1 pm. It is squeaky clean! OMSCHRIJVING TOEGANG De studio ligt op de eerste verdieping van een nieuw gebouw. Er zit een winkel voor in het pand. De gezellige keuken en eetkamer worden gedeeld met enkele gastvrije medewerkers uitsluitend tijdens winkelopeningstijden. There are two eateries next door, a hotel and small supermarket on both corners. Staff are helpful. We are happy to help with airport transportation. There is a busstation within a 10-minute walk but taxi's are the fastest way to get around. Guests must be able to climb stairs to access the second floor. Tap water is save in Suriname. Most appliances work on 110V. Some spaces are shared during business hours (kitchen, dining area, commode). A security deposit of $100 is required. Help us keep listing prices low by turning off the air conditioner when leaving your suite. GOED OM TE WETEN Via de trap naar de 1ste verdieping krijgt u toegang tot het appartement. Sommige ruimtes worden gedeeld tijdens winkelopeningstijden (keuken, eetzaal, sanitair). U heeft uw eigen douche. Deze ruimte wordt niet gedeeld met anderen. We vragen een borg van eur 100,- . Bij het verlaten van het appartement kunt u gerust de airco uit zetten. Zo kunnen we het tarief van het appartement laag houden.
