This is a very unique traditional Salvadorian home. Has a giant balcony with an amazing view. Relax on the many typical Salvadorian hammocks we have throughout the property, hear the sounds of the waves nearby, feel the nice breeze, and simply relax. El Rancho Blue Heaven is two stories with 6 bedrooms with an A/C unit in each room. 2 full bathroom. A large fully equipped kitchen. Fully stocked with cooking supplies, microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven and refrigerator. 2 covered parking spots inside the property. The house is about 30 minutes from San Salvador 40 minutes from the international Airport. The main house, pool, and parking are all for the sole use of our guests. We don’t live on the property, but we have caretakers that live in a separate building. The caretakers will give you as much privacy as you desire. They are available to help you if you need anything or have any questions. Close to the beach, to the new water park, gas station , Pharmacy, ice cream shop, Mexican grill restaurant , walking distance . The house is located by the main Road, Carretera Litoral, La casa está ubicada frente carretera litoral cerca a la playa Conchalio, a minuto de la nueva gasolinera 24 horas , farmacia , heladería y restaurante (comida mexicana ) a 5 minutos de playa el tunco. Y a minutos del Centro del puerto. Walking , also you can rent a car , Uber, hire a guide or ride the bus transportation Buses can be caught a cross the street..
