The second level has the main living area with + Wi-Fi, Cable and a 43 inch Samsung Smart TV + A full kitchen (Stove, Small Fridge, Microwave, Toaster and Utensils) + Some basic amenities such as cooking oil, coffee, tea, a blender and a coffee maker. + The first bedroom with two single beds as well as its own balcony and a bathroom with a tub and an independent shower. +The third floor has the second bedroom, containing two more single beds and its private bathroom with shower. Guests will have access to the garage and all floors, if there are one to two guests, keys will be given for the main bedroom, if there are three or four guests, the top bedroom keys will also be given. San Lucas Central Park is a 5 minute walk from the house, is lively and friendly, offering regional Guatemalan food in the afternoons. + Las Puertas Shopping Mall is also at walking distance from the house, and has food options including McDonalds and McCafé, Taco Bell, Little Caesars and Subway to name a few. Other nearby shopping centres have many more eating and shopping options as well. + Walking is the best way to get around the area for food and sightseeing. + If you are renting a car, the mall and shopping centres offer plenty of private parking as well. + Must be able to climb stairs + The area has ambient noise during the day with things quieting down as night sets in. One thing to note is that Sunday mornings do receive noise when a nearby church is in service from 9AM to Noon. +Due to the stairs and the tall nature of the house, the space is not suitable for small children.
