Comfortable and relaxing 2 BR Villa apartment

Our spacious and private 2 BR/1 BA apartment is located in a safe residential neighborhood with easy access to the airport, Kingstown and some of the best beaches on the island (Downhill to beach, uphill to the house). There is a private driveway, living room, fully stocked kitchen and patio. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a full-sized bed, clean linens, towels and closet. One bedroom has direct access to the patio. The house is conveniently wired for 110V and 220V and has cable TV and Wi-Fi. Please note that there are exterior security cameras! You will have the entire 2 bedroom apartment to yourself. Each bedroom has a full-sized bed and is air-conditioned. We provide clean linens and towels. One bedroom has direct access to the patio. In the apartment, there is a living room area with flat-screen TV and cable, bathroom with hot water for the shower, dining table for 4 and fully equipped kitchen including microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, stove, oven, and refrigerator. We also have a washing machine. There is free wifi throughout. There is also a patio with outdoor seating and a hammock for relaxing. If you plan to rent a car there is a private 2-car driveway. There are 3 steps to enter the patio from the driveway. Guest can access the entire 2 BR apt as well as the driveway and back yard. We do not live on the property but we are available by phone or email if guests have any questions. Please reach out for additional suggestions on what to do/see/eat during your stay. The apartment is in a safe and quiet residential neighbourhood about 15 minutes downhill walk from the main highway. We are located less than 10 minutes to Arnos Vale, the closest commercial area and only 5 minutes from the restaurants and beaches in Villa. We provide and area map to help you find your way around. We are less than 0.5 km walk (~15 mins) from the main highway where you can take public transportation around the island. Please note that it is a downhill walk to the main highway and an uphill walk back to the apartment. If renting a car, there is a 3- car private driveway on the property. 1. The WiFi infrastructure in St.Vincent is not as sophisticated as in more developed countries. Therefore, there are intermittent issues with the WiFi and/or Cable from time to time. We always do our best to resolve any issues but 99% of the time the issue is with the service provider and out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding. 2.
