The Space: This is a small one bedroom home with plenty of space to make your stay comfortable. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom. Partially finished basement includes an additional living area and washer/dryer. There's a 43 inch ROKU TV in the living room upstairs which will allow you to use any of your streaming accounts. You'll have access to a full kitchen with spacious dining area, gas stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee is included and coffee maker is available. Fun and relaxing deck in the fenced-in backyard with a propane grill available for use. Great WiFi included. Guest Access: Access to the entire 1 bedroom home, including the basement with washer & dryer and nice deck area with fenced backyard. The Neighborhood: The Northhampton Neighborhood is a highly desired place to stay! This neighborhood is in a safe area near major interstates and a short drive away from all major attractions. Walkable, safe and quiet area with fun dining and shopping nearby. Getting Around: Two way street available for parking without difficulty. Other Things to Note: We do not accept animals on the premises of any kind, including assistance animals, per the AirBnB exception on hosting of assistance animals that would impact the health and safety of others. Interaction with Guests: We have a keyless lock on the front door for check in, so we will not be there when you arrive. However, we are only a message and short trip away if you need anything!
