Spacious home offering 2 bedrooms with 2 large decks and beach access on beautiful Laguna de Apoyo. The laguna is a warm, clean crater lake and is located just 15 minutes from the colonial city of Granada. Peace, tranquility and hammocks await you! This property looks upon Laguna de Apoyo, a warm, clean crater lake and is surrounded by a lush tropical forest with monkeys and a variety of birds. Two large patios offer a perfect place to relax and read a book, enjoy a siesta in the hammock or simply relax. As well there is an open air (covered) rancho lakeside for your use. Two bedrooms are offered (one with king bed and one with a queen bed for 4 people with an option to switch 2nd room for a room with single beds … total 2 bedrooms) with 1 1/2 bathrooms (plus 1 lakeside bathroom with outdoor shower) kitchen and large living space makes this home an ideal retreat. This home is Ideal for a family or couples vacationing together. Several restaurants and a pulperia are located nearby. Lake toys are available and as well there are kayak and paddleboard rental can be arranged (fee) . Guests have access to everything in the house as listed, the 2 decks and the rancho on the beach. Parking is onsite. Hand washing can be arranged (fee) As I am only 15 minutes away if there's anything you need I'm happy to make myself available as well as be there to welcome you and orient to the house .. and area. Laguna de Apoyo is located a 15 minute drive from Granada, Nicaragua and forms a part of a large ecological reserve .. abundant with monkeys and lots of birds. There are a variety of restaurants and small tiendas/shops close by. We have a family who live on-site (but apart from this house) that are caretakers of the property and are available to help out if you need anything If you do not have a rental car, taxis and local buses are available .. as well a driver/car can be arranged for you for day trips in and around the area. Check in is to be arranged once a booking is made … all guests are welcomed and checked in personally.
