Quaint 1 BR Apt Above Bicycle Shop

Quiet and cozy one bedroom apartment in a historic downtown Bedford building. It is ideal for a comfortable get away that is readily accessible to the major highways in the greater Cleveland area and is easy to get to University Hospital and Cleveland Clinic campuses. We are located directly above a bicycle shop that rents bikes, near a Mexican restaurant, bars and grills, coffee shops, unique shops, and walking distance to the Cleveland Metroparks Bedford Reservation. The space is comfortable for one to three people. For more than two guests we have a sofa that pulls out to a twin size bed and we also offer a queen-size inflatable air mattress. We have a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bedroom and bathroom that is accessed through the bedroom. Our building has a laundry room on-site adjacent to the apartment that all the tenants in the building share. There is ample parking in the public lot across the street. The building is accessed from the street through a security door and the apartment is at the top of one flight of stairs. My husband and I own the bicycle shop downstairs from the apartment, so we are usually around daily. Bedford is a historic town with a history museum, unique shops and fun food and drink locales. It was awarded the eighth of 15 most beautiful downtowns in America of its size by Architectural Digest magazine. The apartment is in the heart of Bedford’s downtown. We have a town square that hosts events nearly every weekend. Cleveland Metroparks has the Bedford Reservation in walking distance from the apartment. The Reservation boasts several picnic areas, waterfalls, hiking, equestrian, multi-purpose, and over 12 miles of single-track and trail running trails. There are bus routes that transport people directly to downtown Cleveland within a quarter mile of the apartment. Interstates 480 and 271 are within a few miles of the apartment and it takes about 20 minutes driving to get to most locations in the greater Cleveland area. There is a public parking lot across the street from the building. Finally, we rent bikes at the bike shop in the building so you can have a multitude of adventures in getting around.
