Realign and destress yourself in the lake's crystal clear, warm waters and explore it's coast in a kayak or a paddle board. Go out sailing for a $100 fee. You will be welcomed by our home caretakers who will help you unload and show you around. If you wish to eat, our cook will be available to prepare your meals and clean up all the dishes so you can truly relax and feel like you are on vacation. If you wish to have a massage you can reserve one for $35.00 an hour. Our unique and exclusive property is private and secluded giving you the experience of being in a remote island with all the comforts of home. Once in the place you will probably like to stay enjoying the magic of it, but you can always take advantage of the closeness to other tourist places like the city of Granada or the spectacular Masaya Volcano at night, the Isletas in Granada, and Volcan Monbacho . The house is located 2 miles away from the concentrated tourist places at the border of the lagoon, the place is very safe and secure, there is no traffic, the person in charge of maintenance and care of the property lives with his family in his place just behind the house, and is always available for any needed help. The house is located at the protected National Reserve of the Laguna the Apoyo in the middle of the rainforest. A little over a mile, one lane jungle type way, takes you to the place, there are no close neighbours. Our house is listed in Waze as: Estacion Cuadra Richardson Apoyo, Nicaragua You are less than 1 hour from Managua, 25 minutes from Granada or Masaya. If you dont count with own transportation you can arrange to be taken by taxi at very reasanoble fees. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended although not necessary. Be sure to visit a supermarket to stack up on your favorite food and snaks before you arrive. Don't forget a snorkel and fins to swim if you own some.
