The apparment is new, cozzy, big and lighted. It has two rooms, two bathrooms, a dining and a living room with sofas, cable tv and wifi, washer machine and dryer. The kitchen has the essentials, coffee, chocolate, tea, mates, sugar, salt, rice, pasta and oil. Also all the machines that you may need to cook. It has parking for one car if you need it. I hope you feel like you´re home, if you stay for a short or a long period of time. If garage is required, control of the garage will be provided for access through the corresponding door. The apartment is located on the fourth floor, with an elevator. You can contact me anytime. The appartment has and ideal location, its only 4 blocks away from La Recoleta, 2 blocks away from the Espacio Cultural Origenes, 5 blocks away from San Felipe de Neri, SAS supermarket also only 7 blocks away from the Central Square (25 de Mayo), having an easy access to the most important touristic attractions, and also restaurants, pharmacies, gyms and other places you may be interested in. Visiting the beautiful White and Colonial city of Sucre, walking from one place to the others is going to be very safe and pleasant form this location. The environment is very safe, the quartier is in the downtown area and is very quiet. The neighbors in the building are very respectful and the amiability and respect are value. Due to the center location of the apartment, you are going to be able to walk. If not, you can also take a taxi, which is going to cost you Bs. 5. – to most of the places. If you are more than two people you can agree with the driver, it's not necessary to pay Bs20.- for example if you're four people, you can pay Bs10.- or Bs15.- When you arrive in the city: 1. If you arrive by plane, a private taxi costs Bs50.- to Bs60.-; Bs15 if it's a shared taxi.- (these can take you to the door of the building). In minibus (trufi) Bs8.- in the day and Bs10.- at night (You can ask the driver to leave you on Camargo street (Plaza Vicente Camargo), then you must take another taxi with a cost of Bs5.- (per person) to the building. If you leave Sucre also by plane, the prices are similar. Having the possibility to access the service of minibuses (truffies) and shared taxis, Camargo Street (Plaza Vicente Camargo). The time from the airport to the building is thirty to forty minutes by taxi and fifty to one hour by minibus (trufi). 2. If you arrive by bus. The bus terminal is 15 to 20 minutes away from the department (depends on traffic). The cost of it is from Bs5.- to Bs7.- (per person).
