AGUACLARA is: your sandcastle dream! Tucked away in the hills of Ballenita, is this exotic 3 story residence at the beach. AGUACLARA is for families who want peace and quiet with a panoramic view of the coast. Includes: a pool with a view of the ocean, two barbecue pits , televisions , WiFi internet , hot water, air conditioners. A great library with books available in English and Spanish. AGUACLARA boasts a large, two bedroom suite, laundry room facilities including washer and dryer and also provides 3 refrigerators . There are four video surveillance cameras on site. There are two complete kitchens with appliances. In all, there are seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. Adjacent to the pool you will find a bamboo cabin and aTiki Bar. The entire house is embellished with a variety of antiques and artifacts, you can enjoy dining with an exclusive antique solid silver cutlery. Outside of the dining room is a "mini rainforest" with water cascading through it . Next to this you will find a 12" long wooden table in front of an oversized bbq pit/ stone oven! Aguaclara is ideal for parties, gatherings and small weddings. Also, cleaning help will be provided for your comfort! AGUACLARA is: your dream destination! Up to 8 cars in the garage and 5 outside the property. Taxi services available 5minutes away by walking down the hill or calling by phone. I will be more than happy to help you out with anything you need. Our two employees (daily maid service and pool guy) will be in close proximity and available when needed. Aguaclara just want you to relax and be happy! On the top of a hill, with a wonderful and unique view of the Pacific coastline, you will be able to watch a beautiful sunset, and have a romantic breakfast while admiring the spectacular view from Salinas to Punta Blanca beach. Also, Ballenita town has a beautiful Malecon with great places to eat. A street mall with a big supermarket, pharmacy and banks. Also a police unit and bus station. Strategically ubicated in the middle of the "Ruta del Sol" Ballenita is a beautiful town that has everything! Our house have a big parking spot, for about 8 cars. Public transportation is 7 minutes away walking. Aguaclara offers lots of privacy along with plenty of places to gather. Your choice!
