Meadow Guest Cottage

Meadow Guest Cottage is located in the Apple Hill region. The meadow in front of the Guest House is an open meadow with oak trees and pine trees. There is another Meadow and a barn across the street from the Guest House and a Barn behind the Guest House. The large Porch with rocking chairs invites you to relax and enjoy the view. Enjoy! This Guest House was just built. New construction with a vintage farm house feel. 10' custom porch with rocking chairs and outside dining area. The living room has tall ceilings, custom shiplap wall, plush leather furniture, large TV with Blue Ray DVD player. Kitchen and Dining area has farm table with industrial metal and wood chairs, hutch for storage, large refridgerator with ice maker, microwave, oven, and service for six. Bedroom has a large Cal King Bed with Restoration Hardware or William and Sonoma linen duvet cover with down comforter, quality sheets and pillows for your comfort. There is an air conditioner/Heating unit. Beautiful trees and low maintenance landscaping with lighting surrounds the house. We recently added an emergency generator to power the entire cottage, it will be available during power outages by PG&E or storm outages. There is a gravel driveway with room enough for three cars. Absolutely no street parking. If you need additional parking please let me know and we can arrange for parking next door. Still Meadows Road has easy access from Highway 50. An hour from Lake Tahoe, right in the Apple Hill area. We live right next door to the Guest House. We will be available if you need us. The Guest house is located 5 minutes from Placerville, in the Apple Hill region. It is less than a mile off of highway 50 on a quiet rural road. Our home is next door and there are neighbors, but you can't see any homes from the porch. The view is amazing you will enjoy the quiet inviting space. We designed this guest house with old 5 panel doors, vintage wood trim and floor boards, vintage bead board, and custom touches throughout. The Porch has custom wood stamped concrete, black rocking chairs and vintage lockers, along with a vintage farm table and chairs. There is easy access to highway 50, with Tahoe just 60 minutes away, Sacramento 45 minutes and Placerville 5 minutes away. You are minutes from Apple Hill. Table top BBQ available upon request.
