Certified Hospital grade disinfectant used. * Antibacterial gel and disinfectant available for guest use. * During any interaction with our staff, we will be equipped with protective gear (masks) * For your convenience we have available a specialized sanitization service consisting of electrostatic aspersion, which guarantees the biodegradable sanitizer adhering to all surfaces in the property. This service has a cost of $40 USD and must be required at least 48 hours in advance of arrival. Please let us know and we will be happy to schedule it for your arrival Guest Access: Guest have full access to the condo and are welcome to use all amenities from the clubhouse which includes complete work out room and access to the community pool, clubhouse facilities, tennis court, game room and fitness center. The Neighborhood: Vista Vela is a new luxury gated development right behind Costco (less than 5min walk), less than 10 min driving to Walmart, Medano beach and downtown Cabo San Lucas and the Marina. The 5* resort amenities which include: three large pools with stunning ocean view, tennis court, fitness center and a complete entertainment area which includes a BBQ grill makes this place the perfect place for a dream vacation. Getting Around: Vista Vela offers great mobility, it's right on the San José del Cabo - Cabo San Lucas Highway Km. 4.5. According to community rules and regulations Maximum Occupancy of this Condo is 6 guests and CAN NOT be exceeded at any time: Additional guests over the max. are not allowed, reservations arriving with more guests than the ones booked and registered will be denied check-in | Visitors to the Condo (during the day) are welcome, as long as the max. occupancy is not exceeded. $250 USD fines applicable if this rule is violated.
