a well presented one bedroom apartment and a nice equipped kitchen. It's perfect for Three peopleand you can get tambaú beach in 5 minutes and Cabo Branco beach in 10 minutes. There is public transportation (buses) to everywhere. There is a cafe across the street which serves several meals and a lot of snacks bars and shop around. There is a cafe/luderia in the building's first floor. Our location offers several ways to get everywhere in the city. a well presented one bedroom with a beautiful view to the main avenues. There is a double size bed, a couch , air coditioning , a TV , a Kitchen and Wi-fi The guests may use all the building area like the gym, barbecue grill, Swimming pool, and children's park for free. I make myself available to help guests with transfers, tour and leisure suggestions, or whateverthey need. Brisamar is a well located neigborhood encrusted in the main acess to get everywhere in the city we're located in a high privileged spot served by public transportation. The apartment is close to Epitacio Pessoa avenue, wich cross the city downtown to the beach, and the junction with Rui Carneiro Avenue which get to Tambau Beach
