The house has WiFi, TV in every room and game boards for entertainment. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and second bathroom is available in social area. Both bathrooms have hot water. The house is fully air-conditioning. Outside is the grill area with a dining space for 8. Pool has a beautiful lightning at night and during the day you can enjoy and hear the relaxing sound of the waterfall. There is also a 1/2 bathroom outside. Pool, grill and BBQ area, porch, Laundry room, relax seating area Even though we do not live in the same property we are just at a distance of a call, e-mail or whatspp message ready to help you with any information you need to make your vacation the best. It is a developing neighbourhood. Lot of new houses around. On the way to the vacation home is partially asphalt and dirt road. The neighborhood is very quiet. Ideal if you are looking forward to relax during your vacation or if you want to spend quality time with your family. There are conveniently two local supermarkets about 2-3 minutes driving, pharmacy (4 minutes driving), medical center (4 minutes driving).
