Historic House - Queen Room near DTLA

Spacious room with bed, nightstand, dresser/vanity, sliding door closet, and lots of daylight. Cleanliness guaranteed or we will cancel your reservation with no penalty (must be claimed first night of stay). Bathroom is shared with one other room that is on the same floor. Recent renovation to this craftsman house brings modern flair to an otherwise antique, cozy atmosphere. I spend a lot of time tending to the plants around the house so guests can feel they have an oasis from the city. If you are lucky we may have grapefruits freshly grown our tree in the backyard. You are free to use the living room, dining room, kitchen, in-house washer and dryer. There is a large, beautiful backyard with seating and walking space you are more than welcome to use as well. Our home is right by the 204 and 754 buses which will take you to the Expo metro line. That train will take you as far as Santa Monica or Downtown LA. The 204 going north will cut straight through Koreatown and take you to the Red metro line which can take you further north to Hollywood. In general, though, Uber is going to be the best bet for time/cost tradeoff. Car sharing services are affordable and abundant near downtown and you won't have to worry about parking. Street parking is pretty easy to find during the day. The biggest limitation with street parking is that there is street cleaning on Wednesdays at 9-11 AM. We also have garage parking available on a first come first serve basis. The driveway is gated and can fit three cars total. Because it is a single lane, we will need to coordinate with the other guests to pull your car in and out.
