It is divided into two bedrooms with air conditioning, a bathroom with hot water shower and a well-equipped kitchen-living area with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker toaster and enough dishes for 4 people. All rooms are equipped with 110V and 220V sockets with American and German connections. The house is built in the island style but according to European standards and impresses with its bright and friendly color scheme indoors and outdoors. On the approximately 36 m² terrace you will find peace and relaxation and a shady spot all day. The spacious garden is completely fenced, so you can let smaller children play outdoors safely, and the wild donkeys and goats that roam the streets in the evening cannot reach the property.
