For the avid nature lover and unstoppable surfer, our home is perfect for you. Located in the rainforest, literally 200 steps from the best surf spot on the Osa Peninsula. There is also a large porch where we take the opportunity to play cards with the moonlight listening to the nocturnal wildlife passing through. On the first floor is the kitchen with fundamental utensils, a dining and living area and a whole bathroom. Outside there is our lounge area with cozy elongated padded bench with pillows, chairs, tables, a hammock and there is also the barbecue. Here we enjoy activities like doing yoga, reading books, eating during the day and dancing at night. Improvements have been made to the house, we have added orthopedic mattresses, new utensils, hot shower, Wi-Fi among other things... The garden is extensive with hiking trails that lead from the closest gate to the beach and to "El mirador "(the viewpoint). The trails are well kept and you can find many monkeys and macaws swinging through the trees. You will pass two bridges that are recently built, after the second bridge about 200 meters there will be a bus booth and followed by an entrance on the left. Take that entrance and immediately to the right you will an entrance with columns, this will be the official entrance of the coastal town of Cabo Matapalo. Follow this internal road for at least 1km. You will pass the restaurant and local Bar known as Encanta la Vida, then a couple of meters more you will find our entrance on the right with our sign "Lapalandia". * Keep in mind that Puerto Jimenez is your last stop for amenities such as supermarkets, ATMs and gasoline. * Food services prepared by our cook have a cost of $ 10 per person per meal plus groceries.
