We are on a dead end street with a 24hrs guardhouse, super safe even for the cars that we park in front of the property. In addition to the private suite, you will have access to the entire leisure area, the lawn to exercise and relax, deck overlooking the Atlantic Forest, swimming pool, fitness equipment, TV room and home office. A community refrigerator serves guests where we also sell drinks and others. we also have a space equipped for quick snacks.
