Studio near Orange Park Medical Center

Small, cozy studio walking distance of Orange Park Medical Center and 6.5 miles from Naval Air Station Jacksonville. The detached mother in law suite has been recently updated with central heat, granite counter tops. Wifi is available. This Suite is located near downtown Orange Park within walking distance of Orange Park Medical Center. Minutes from TIAA Bank Field the Home of the Jaguars and Daily s Place Amphitheater, 40 minutes to Historic St. Augustine. This guest house is on our personal property and guest will be sharing a parking area with the homeowners. We have older children and dogs of our own that will likely bark through the fence at you and your dog but care has been taken to separate the property allowing for privacy and to separate the dogs as dog owners know dogs will be dogs. The guest house is situated between our personal home and our neighbor's backyard so usually, the atmosphere is quiet but I am out of control of our neighbor's noise level next door. Usually, we don’t have any issues with noise so that should not be a factor. We are 26 miles from Mayo Clinic approximately 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic.
