There are many options, one that I recommend to visit several nice places, is to use the City Bus ( (Website hidden by Airbnb) the bus has many stops where you can go down, take a walk and later take the next bus to continue the itinerary. Besides, if you prefer to make exercise, there are a lot of places where everybody can easily go walking. Rent a bike is another good option to move around. In the building there are a few rules like most residential buildings like : Respect the hourly limits of use of common spaces. Not make annoying noises, etc. Book 48hs in advance the bbq area.
