Modern, bright, and comfortable flat. We spared no expense when setting up this apartment. We use this as our personal vacation home, and there are personal touches throughout. We love cooking in the oversized kitchen, or enjoying a glass of wine on the large balcony. At the end of the day, we love to take a shower under the rainforest shower head, and drift off to sleep on the bed with pillow top mattress and high-end linens. For your convenience, amenity kits can be purchased from Reception. This one bedroom, one bath flat has been completely remodeled using the highest end finishes. The Chef's kitchen comes fully equipped with ceramic coated pots and pans, cooking utensils, and place settings for up to 4 people. It also features a 5-burner gas range, oven, microwave, and full size refrigerator. The living room has a 40-inch HD flat screen television, sleeper couch, and has access to the balcony. Inside the bathroom is a large soaking tub (the whirlpool jets are not functional), shower with rainforest shower head, and features oversized thick cotton towels. The bedroom has a full size bed with cotton sheets, as well as a second 40-inch HD flat screen television. The bedroom also has access to the balcony through sliding glass doors. The balcony spans the entire width of the flat, overlooks the swimming pool below, and boasts beautiful views of the city skyline. The flat also features two LGi-split HVAC units - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. There are also both Brazilian and American power outlets in the Living Room and the Bedroom which also feature USB charging ports. As a bit of fun we have also installed Philips Hue lighting in the Living Room and the Bedroom to change the color of the lights from white to colorful at the push of a button! As this is our personal unit, wee do ask that you not use the drawers under the bed, as we store our personal belongings there. Cleaning materials are stored under the kitchen sink. Hotel services include daily housekeeping, except for Sundays and holidays. It does not include linen exchange. We will prepare the flat with the linens for the number of people indicated on your reservation. The building has a secured underground parking garage, and the flat comes with a parking space in there. Please note that there is only one parking space allowed per flat. We will not be responsible for towing fees if you park multiple cars in the underground garage. There is also a beautiful swimming pool.Due to COVID-19, restrictions may be placed on occupancy limits, or closures. We will not provide any credits or refunds due to pool restrictions or closures. Please note that for parties larger than 2 people we will assess a fee to cover the cost of cleaning additional linens. If you require a linen exchange during your stay please contact us directly. We can do so for a small fee. We will be available to contact via Airbnb App The building is centrally located to the city's three major shopping centers, and is walking distance to Centervale Mall. The building is also conveniently located near major local area employers, such as Johnson & Johnson, and Embraer.
