The house is located less than 2 miles (3 kilometers) away from Route #2 interstate highway and about 1-1/2 hours from San Juan. The nearest town center is Quebradillas and it's almost 2 miles (3 kilometers) away. The house can easily accommodate a family or a group of friends, however, the basic reservation is for two adults. Each additional person has an additional cost on your reservation once added. The house is at a surfing hot spot and surrounded by beautiful landscape and beaches! The house does have 3 bedrooms and ample closet space for each guest. We made improvements to the house and expect that guests are careful with our property. Access to the backyard and crawl space is prohibited. We'll give access to the backyard once we make some additional improvements. Parking is allowed only on the side concrete driveway. Our plan is to furnish the carport and to refinish our terrazzo floors, therefore, we prefer to avoid car oil stains on the carport floor. Parties and loud noises are prohibited. We understand that adults will be renting the house, however, we require that guests don't give any inconveniences to the neighbors meanwhile they are staying at our house. Our property is located in a nice but simple neighborhood. There are a couple of convenience stores nearby if you need to get groceries. The town center is 3 kilometers away. It is possible to see the horizon of the Atlantic Ocean from the front of the house. There are very nice views toward the back of the house so you can relax at the terrace. Playa Puerto Hermina is about 2 miles away but we recommend La Sardinera or Jobos Beach since they are safer for swimming. The house is located at a surfing hotspot. Our property is 1 1/2 hours away from San Juan. There is no public transportation, therefore, you need a car to get around. The nearest highway is Route #2. This highway will connect to the expressway that you need to take to San Juan. Alternatively, you can drive to the west of the island if you take Route #2 toward Mayaguez. We encourage to take a look at the road maps before you arrive to Puerto Rico. We understand that you'll be having a good vacation and will be ready to relax. However, water and electricity is an expensive commodity in Puerto Rico. We require turning off the Air Conditioning, fans and lights when not in use.
