I hope I can be in the house to receive the guests if not I can arrange with a friend to welcome the guest. Regarding the check in and check out, times are referential and flexible prior communication. The neighborhood is residential and the house is located next to the school Manuel Larraín. It is located about 10 blocks from the main square of Curico, and 3 blocks from supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, cafe with wifi etc. To get to the city center you can walk, (about 10 blocks) or take the collective taxi passing through España avenue 4 blocks from home.
