Clean, Sunny, Open Floor Plan near Smith College

Our cozy guest house is in a quiet neighborhood, and is not a primary residence. We are exactly 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen size bed downstairs, another queen bed upstairs in bedroom 1, and two twin beds in bedroom 2. New washer/dryer unit, gas stove, propane fireplace, and private back deck with views of gardens and woodlands. A river walk is at the end of the block and a nearby trail leads to Smith college. Discrete, private, stand alone space on a quiet street that feels rural but is 5 minutes to the center of town. This is a "small home" but with an expansive inside. There is a big deck looking out to private woods, bamboo flooring, lots of light. Check in without having to meet a soul, if you like. This is a beautiful neighborhood, and wonderful for walking around to see the gardens, or down to the river trail that winds to Smith College. Parking is very easy for two cars just to the right of the driveway next to the house. We live right next door and are available to pop over and help with any questions or issues. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood with access to a beautiful river walk at the end of the street. There's an Asian restaurant two blocks away. It is 2 miles to downtown Northampton, and a 20 minute walk to downtown Florence. Car is easiest, 5 minutes to downtown Northampton. The house has free off street parking. Biking and walking is easy and safe. No sidewalks in our neighborhood however. We live next door at 30 Norwood, so you may see us out in the garden. We have two border collie mix dogs- Paloma and Tylee. They are friendly, but may bark when you come in. You might also spy Finn the neighborhood cat. Please don't let him into the space, even if he tries to convince you it's his.
