The King Suite - Peace and Quiet Close to it All!

Built in 2019, this bright and airy guest casita is surrounded by nature and views of the natural environment. Rancho Villa Real is a tranquil, private, gated community, nestled on a hillside, and is perfectly located, only 7 minutes from Tamarindo's surfing, dining, shopping, and nightlife. The King Suite is tastefully furnished and decorated. We welcome you to make yourself at home and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of our property and our neighborhood. Pura Vida The King Suite is located on a 2.5 acre property and is a guest casita to the main home. The entire property consists of a large private home, a second private home, and two guest casitas (one is the King Suite) that share an outdoor kitchen. The property can be rented in its entirety for special occasions (please inquire). Also, when you stay with us, you will have access to the clubhouse, which is a short distance from the casita and boasts a very large swimming pool with lovely views. We have two dogs on the property than run freely. You may also notice monkeys in the trees, as they tend to visit every day. The casita is considered a studio although there is a slight separation between the living area and the bedroom area. The casita is equipped with a small wet bar (microwave, coffee maker, small refi, etc) and the outside kitchen is completely furnished, and has a large refi to meet your needs. The casita is NOT child proof and we do not have a crib, but we welcome and enjoy children very much. The casita has a high quality king size bed and a futon style couch. We also have an air mattress if needed. We offer fiber optic WiFi to make your stay more enjoyable. Please note, due to COVID-19, we have upgraded our cleaning regulations, and we have removed blankets and several decorator items from the casita to minimize touchable surfaces that could spread germs. Please request blankets as needed. We have two casitas, The King Suite and the Mountain Queen Suite. You will have private use of whichever casita you have rented, and you might share (with guests of the other casita) the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Guests of our home will also have access to the clubhouse, which boasts a very large swimming pool with lovely views (please note - the only time this option will not be available is on the extremely rare occasion when the clubhouse has been reserved for a private event). If there is anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, or if you need assistance of any kind, we will only be a phone call or text message away. And you are always welcome to come up to the house if you just want to say hello :-) Rancho Villa Real (RVR) is a very special neighborhood. It is prized for its location, its beauty, its locally renowned clubhouse, and its casual and friendly atmosphere. From RVR, you can reach Tamarindo beach in 7 minutes, Avellanas (Lola's) in 15-20 minutes, Playa Grande in 20 minutes, Playa Conchal in 15-20 minutes, and Potrero in 25 minutes. Our neighborhood is typically peaceful and quiet, and yet welcoming for us all to have a good time! Our neighborhood is diverse, housing Costa Ricans and ex-pats from all over the world. Our neighbors are surfers, business owners, retirees, artists and friends. To enjoy Guanacaste to its fullest, and to conveniently enjoy our location, you will want to have a car. However, we do have a few Uber style drivers we can recommend. But again, a car is best and highly recommended. We do not provide laundry machines but are able to offer a laundry service. For guests staying two weeks or longer we will include a weekly service, otherwise, the cost is $15 per load. My mom and my daughter (who is a Red Cross certified babysitter) are available for babysitting services. The fee is $10 per hour for one child, and $5 an hour for each additional child. Infants are not a problem (grandma is a baby whisperer). Babysitters speak English, but do not speak Spanish. Thank you.
