This beach house is the perfect location for a family or group of friends looking for a casual and relaxing spot just a few steps from the ocean and a scenic bay and well known South Coast surfing spot - Surfer's Point. A cool laid back beach house, 50 yds from beach, surf spot/lodge and sea bathing bay. Popular with surfers, kite surfers or families with kids wanting a peaceful, lazy and secluded stay in safe and friendly neighbourhood. The house can be rented as an 'entire house' but optionally as 'shared' for those budget travellers. A quiet, secluded neighborhood with a safe community feel. The bay itself, also known as Mother Bay, is a popular spot with locals to come and have a sea bath with their kids. Also a spot where locals and visitors come to surf in relatively quiet, less busy surf break. There is a local convenience store and bar, or Rum Shop, just a 5 minute walk away for your basic needs with another convenience store about a 15 minute walk away which has a slightly wider selection. You can catch a local ZR or bus just a 5 minute walk away as well if you decide not to rent a car. A larger supermarket is about a 10 minute drive away. If you want to book at car rental we recommend you book ahead in order to ensure availability, especially in the busy season with many car hire companies cutting their fleets during the pandemic. We can assist with this! Otherwise we have contacts who can offer a taxi service or tour services. The ZR or bus stop is also just up the road, approx. a 5 minute walk away.
