Look for the newly painted violet house then enter into a colorful, fully equipped kitchen. The first living space has comfy seating and a large- screen TV. The second living space is the dining room and outdoor sitting area facing the beautiful pool and garden. 17 ceiling fans and four bedrooms with A/C...perfect! Three bedrooms with King size beds and one with Queen bed, all with private bathroom with shower. The back living area is surrounded by open spaces with natural breezes. Electrical cost is very high in Nicaragua, the highest in Central America with a cost of U$0.50 cents per KW. You receive an electrical credit and your meter will be read at arrival and departure. You will be charged the difference from the credit. The entire home including washing machine. In Nicaragua drying lines are used. The cost around town is about 35 cents per person or 10 Cordoba in Nicaraguan. There are also local buses just a few blocks away. You are one to two blocks from the beginning of many fine restaurants, the Convento San Francisco, the main square and the most popular tourist street, Calle Calzada.
