Self contained bedroom, full kitchen, full bathroom, separate entrance, 3 miles from the city center. Quiet street, kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender 1/2m from the 10 fwy, 3m from downtown, 1/2m from metro rail. 1 mile to USC. Outdoor deck w eating/seating Washer/dryer, internet, sheets, towels and other amenities. Supermarket 2 blocks, Starbucks 1 block away. Trader Joe's, Target, eateries 1 m away at University Village. All guest must be vaccinated and over 25 Please enquire about shorter stays. This is a private two room studio, with decent sized rooms. The dining room/kitchen is 10'3 x 12', not counting closet space. The bedroom is also about 10' by 12' There's also a full bathroom. The kitchen has dishes, glassware, cookware, a blender and a microwave. There is a stove, a microwave, coffee maker, an electric kettle, fridge with freezer, and a Britta water jug for filtered water. There's a huge closet, with many shelves, and a small walk-in closet, which is about 7' by 5'. There's an outdoor deck, with a table and a very comfy couch. Central heat and Aircon Strict cleaning and disinfection protocol is followed! The suite is a perfect place to rest between jaunts into greater Los Angeles. It's comfortable and clean, and the deck outside is very comfortable for lounging. Especially great for families visiting USC students, or travel nurses! There's a smartTV, with Netflix already loaded. I've lived in LA for 20 odd years now, and am happy to help with advice about places to go and things to do, of which Los Angeles has no shortage. I can also recommend good restaurants, both fancy and inexpensive. And most importantly - how to avoid traffic One parking space in the driveway, for small or medium sized car, and free street parking. The room price is for one person, there's a surcharge of $15 per person per night. No more than 2 people may stay in the suite! I will be following a strict cleaning protocol. First the studio is thoroughly aired out, windows and doors all opened and fans turned on for several hours. Then everything is scrubbed, by a cleaner wearing mask and gloves. Then all the high touch areas are sanitized and disinfected. Hand sanitizer if provided for your stay, as well as the usual listed amenities. All guests must be over 25 and vaccinated. You'll have the whole studio to yourself, with separate entrance. You'll also have access to the shared Laundry with washer and dryer, and the deck, which has a table and patio furniture. All guests must be vaccinated and over 25. Depending on whether I'm working at the time, I'm around as much or as little as you want! If I'm working, I'm usually very busy, so not more than the basics. I'll show you where everything is, and then I'll be off in job-land! Contactless hosting only, until further notice! I love my neighbors, and the ease of access to all of Los Angeles. It's very easy to go just about anywhere from here. Hollywood is 4 miles away, the beach is 11 miles, USC is less than a mile away, with the beautiful new University Village, with Target, Trader Joe's and many restaurants and eateries, downtown is 3 miles away. The light rail line which connects Downtown with Santa Monica is about 1/4 of a mile away. Koreatown is becoming very hip, and is only 10 minutes away. I would not recommend walking around late at night, but the daytime is safe and friendly. There are lots of buses from here, with bus tops a block and a half away, and the Metro Rail Expo Line is about 3 blocks away. I have transport maps and timetables. The Metro rail goes to downtown, and also to the beach at Santa Monica There is 1 free parking spot in the driveway. I use Uber or Lyft to get to and from the airport. If you aren't familiar with these services, ask, and I'll be happy to explain! It usually costs between $20 and $30, depending on whether you are traveling in rush hour or not. A regular taxi costs about $60. There is also the Flyaway bus for about $20, which will drop you downtown at Union Station. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TAKING THE REGULAR PUBLIC TRANSPORT FROM THE AIRPORT, IT CAN TAKE BETWEEN 3 AND 5 HOURS!! The suite is a perfect place to rest between jaunts into greater los angeles. It's comfortable and clean. The dining room/kitchenette is 10'3 x 12', not counting closet space. The bedroom is also about 10' by 12' There's a huge closet, with many shelves, and a small walk-in closet, which is about 7' by 5'. There is a stove, a microwave, coffee maker, an electric kettle, and mini-fridge with small freezer, and a Britta water jug for filtered water. Especially great for families visiting USC students! All guests must be vaccinated and over 25
