(if need more cars you have to talk with us) • DO NOT engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. • NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE AT ALL! A fee of $50 will be charged if, smoke is detected. Feel free to smoke outside and just respect our living place with no throwing cigarettes. • NO parties, no outside visitors, no overnight quests, without previous approval from your host. (Just ask!) • NO pets are allowed. • Turn off all lights and/or water when not in use. Stef and Tina, your hosts. We are 100% accessibles by texting and probably at home while your stay. We are very near of everythings you will need; Walking trail, restaurants, stores, starbucks, cinema, shopping, library etc. Only one parking is allowed to our gests and it is prohibated to park on the street.
