Newly refurbished bathroom with shower and soaker tub. Many interns, med students, doctors and traveling nurses have enjoyed this room. The house is open for your use. The kitchen is available for cooking or coffee. Enjoy coffee inside or on the porch outside. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. This is a very relaxing and quiet neighborhood and yet it is very close to all major highways. Lots of walking areas around. Trader Joes and Wholefoods are within 10 minutes. My schedule is flexible - in and out. I am only a text away if I am out. I love to share knowledge and ideas for any sort of sight seeing or walking trails or whatever you may need. There are many local restaurants within 1/2 mile in town or within 5-10 minutes away in Worcester or Shrewsbury. Quiet neighborhood. Dead end street. Plenty of walking areas. 5/10 minutes to UMass Medical or St. Vincents Hospital. Easy and quick access to Worcester or Boston. Restaurant/pizzeria/fitness 1/2 mile away. Boylston is in the central part of Massachusetts. My home is conveniently located 5-8 minutes (drive) to UMass Medical and 8-10 minute drive to St. Vincent's Hospital in Worcester. There are so many things to do in the area and around Massachusetts. Fitness/Restaurants located within a 1/2 mile. Trader Joes and Wholefoods within 6 miles. The City of Worcester or Boston are at your fingertips. In the heart of Central Massachusetts there are lots of places to visit if you have time. We are a 10 minute drive from the Worcester train station into Boston or a 50 minute drive (traffic dependent) into Boston. There is a beautiful 6 mile walking or biking trail about 5 miles from house and a Fitness Anytime 1/2 mile away. I am very allergic to animals which is why I do not allow pets. No cooking or laundry after 9 pm. When cooking, please clean up within an hour of cooking.
