Beach House with an Ocean View

A cozy two bedroom house near the beach. May sleep up to 6 persons comfortably. Rollaway bed available at extra cost. Equipped with air conditioned bedrooms, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, television and internet service. One full bathroom inside, half bathroom and shower outside. Barbecue and outside area perfect for relaxing and viewing the ocean. Smoke free property, currently pets are not allowed. The house is localized in the northern part of the island, about 40 mins. from the San Juan Area. Its located near different beaches such as Poza las Mujeres, Los tubos etc. I like to receive the guests at the house. When guests have late arrivals there is codified key box. A quiet residential area, at short distance from the beach. Can sleep with the sound of the waves! Take sun at the beach or overlooking the waves from the beach house yard. A car is required for transportation to and from the property. Expressway #22 is located near the property which hosts can easily access to the San Juan area or the Arecibo Area. There is a small supermarket with a bakery for those who love fresh baked bread. Its about (5 min) from the house where you can buy food and beverages needed.
