This lakefront cottage is in Matlock only 40 minutes from Winnipeg. Available by the week from Friday to Friday, (only Friday bookings will be accepted) you’ll love this place because it is in a park-like setting, has gorgeous lakefront views, a truly wonderful location. Fantastic front deck! Couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) are welcomed. Note: There is no wheelchair access. Due to pandemic: towels, sheets & pillow cases must be supplied by guests. Great quiet neighbourhood, only a short walk up the lane to a gorgeous fine sand public beach with a wonderful walking pier. There is no public transport nearby (No buses) 1. Due to the ongoing pandemic, guests must supply their own linens/sheets, pillow cases, and towels. 2. Cottage property in the area is owned by each cottage owner right to the water, so guests should be aware that they cannot walk along the water through neighbouring properties, but it is only a short walk behind the neighbouring cottages to the public beach.
