Spacious freshly renovated townhouse, part of an antique two family house. Separate entrance, private parking space. One big bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed and huge closet. Living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, new smart TV, and two closets. Window a/c in the bedroom, window fan in the living room. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Brand new beautiful bathroom with a tub. For stays longer than 3 nights you can use washer and dryer that are located in the basement. (Not shared) If I'm not traveling during your stay, I'll be next door and available if you need anything. If I'm away, you can always text me. The location is fantastic: Less than 5 minutes walk to historic Dedham Center where you'll find restaurants, beauty salons, one of the oldest charming movie theaters in the country and bus to Downtown Boston. 5 minutes drive to Legacy Place with many stores, including Whole Foods, restaurants and a movie theater. 5 minutes drive to Endicott station. 25 min drive to Downtown Boston. 15 min drive to Foxboro stadium. One hour drive to Cape Cod.
