The master bedroom has a sitting area and its own private veranda that overlooks the pool, beach, and Caribbean. This is a split-level unit taking the second and third level. Entrance is from the second level where you will find the kitchen, living room with a sleeper sofa, a bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed. There is a veranda overlooking the pool, beach, and Caribbean Sea from this level as well. The next level has the master bedroom with a king bed and the third bedroom with twins that can be made into a king upon request. There is also a bathroom on this level. This unit can sleep a max of 8 guests. Sunset Beach Resort is a 13 unit 3 building complex and 200 feet of beachfront - you heard me - 200 feet of beachfront for only 13 units. You will not feel overcrowded here. Sunset Beach is located 2.5 miles south of San Pedro Town in a quiet residential community. Town is an easy stroll on a bicycle or a quick golf cart ride. We have even walked to town on the beach numerous times.
