This apartment is located within a walking distance from the University of Costa Rica and the University’s Sports Facilities (highly recommended for jogging). Supermarkets and restaurants are even closer. The flat is fully equipped with everything one may need for short or longer visits. The kitchen has everything for cooking your meals; besides the usual suspects: a toaster, coffee grinder, Moka express, etc. The bathroom has a bathtub/jacuzzi, washer/drier machines are also available. This place is just a 10 min walk from the Sports Facilities of the University of Costa Rica. The Sport and Recreation Area of the University of Costa Rica provides a range of activities and practical sessions of physical activity to encourage a healthy lifestyle for everyone, not only for students. This 93 square meters ( 1000 ft²) apartment is located in Sabanilla and close to the popular district of San Pedro where the two most important universities of Costa Rica have their main campuses. The queen bed has a 150 cm wide mattress. The bedroom is equipped with cable TV, WiFi, a desk, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on the second floor. I won't be available for welcoming you. Instructions, help and advice is available from my apartment administrator. Absolutely quiet and safe neighborhood with 24/7 private security service and green public areas. Warm days and fresh nights are regular in this area with average temperature of 21°C (68 °F) all year long. There is a regular and good quality bus service from downtown and it takes 30-45 min. depending on traffic. Uber and regular taxi services are also available and reliable.
