The living area hosts a 55” smart TV to watch streaming videos (Amazon prime videos are included) to enjoy from a comfy sofa bed. Free high speed fiber optic internet. The whole apartment is yours. The house is right in front of the eco trail on the river. Around 5 minutes walk to Universidad Nacional de Loja. Around 5 minutes bus ride to Supermaxi, La Tebaida Market/ Saturday Market, Mall, Kywi and Todo Hogar. Less than 10 minutes to town center by vehicle, a taxi ride should cost around $1.50. This house is great for visitors who want to stay in a quieter and greener neighborhood but still close enough to the city. Not for those who want to be in the center of the city. You could get around easily by walking, car, public transport or bicycle. The main bus route is 2 blocks away. Loja has a K-Taxi app that is very convinient/safe to use.
