Delicious Breakfast is incluided! The room area is 9ft. x 9ft., plus small bathroom area, with electric shower, mini fridge inside the room, roof fan, and independent entrance. The room it's fresh, so the AC it's not necessary, just with the roof fan you will be ok! U can walk 20 min to the downtown, 16 minutes to metrocentro, 5 minutes to restaurants like Mc Donalds, mexican food, local food, pizzerias, etc., 6 minutes to the market and ATMs, 1 minute for pupuserias, and ceviches. You can walk 2 blocks, and then take 1 bus for 0.25 cents, to the downtown and been there in 12 minutes aprox., one bus to metrocentro and been there in 10 minutes, one bus to Antiguo Cuscatlan and been there in 20-25 minutes aprox. You can use the kitchen if u clean, the common areas and gardens. Free filtered water to drink. Free Private car parking with 24/7 surveillance and security cameras I can share time with the guest if you want it, if you don't want to, no problem you will have your space and privacity. El vecindario es muy callado y tranquilo, se cuenta con un porton de acceso a la Avenida, al que solo pueden ingresar los propietarios de las viviendas que se encuentran dentro de el, un guardia de seguridad a la entrada de la avenida, el cual abre y cierra el porton las 24/7. if u walk two short blooks you will find stop buses to several destinations in San Salvador.
