Central Exotic Villa new pool, garden & seaview

Beautiful villa with garden, swimming pool, sea view and located in a closed condominium in the central area. The villa has 3 suites with own bathrooms, fantastic private terrace and a fabulous veranda on the second floor. The Villa is on top of a hill with a constant sea breeze. It also has it’s own water well and the drinking water is fresh and tasteful. 10 minutes walking to the main street and beaches. Welcome to our paradise and lovely exotic Villa in Pipa. We are a Norwegian couple, Rita and Inge and we love the Villa and Pipa. It is so relaxing and quiet to sit in the chairs outside, laying in the hammocks or sunbeds in the sun or in the shadow . The Villa is located on a small hill with seaview over the Atlantic Ocean, and we appreciate the fresh breeze when we are in the garden, terrace or inside the Villa. The fresh breeze is our natural air conditioning and we love it. The Villa has its own water well, and the drinking water is fresh and tasty. Its in a safe gated condominium with 11 villas own by mostly Norwegians. You will have your own key. The special villa has three suits: The 3rd suit / mezzanine on second floor has a double bed, bathroom and large balcony with beautiful sea view. The suites have a great size on first floor with kings size beds and one single bed each. There is also one baby bed in the 2nd suite. The 1st Main bedroom also have an extra bed in the single bed (see picture). In Brazil everyone is outside all the time so we also have a single bed in the living room. 6 beds for up to 10 people. All bathrooms are with hot water. The suites on the first floor have their own access /door to the private swimming pool. This is very important and convenient when there are many people in the Villa. Guests find it very practical to come in many in this Villa, because the suites are on each side. The Architectural in this Traditional Villa is great. The Open exciting house planning with stunning high ceilings, up to 7 meters in the suits. Open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen with new large fridge, freezer, gas oven, coffee maker and grill. Outside there is a big swimming pool and very nice barbecue area. There´s also a big table where you can enjoy good food and good conversations. As owners we have worked very hard to preserve the Traditional Brazilian interior style. As guests here you really can feel the wonderful Brazilian feeling. There is also a room with a new washing-machine. Feel free to use it. There are a lot of nice Hammocks everywhere, lay there and enjoy the good life in Brazil. On the 2nd floor there is a wonderful balcony. All our guests say our pictures can’t catch the fantastic sea view. Wake up early and enjoy the fabulous sunrise, it’s a memorable and a unique possibility to see something spectacular. The veranda is furnished with sofa, chairs and hammocks. To relax with a book or music in a hammock is very popular with our guests. All linen and towels are provided. The Villa is on top of a hill. The lovely breeze from the ocean flows through the open Villa. We really enjoy this because it’s so quiet without Ac. Open all the windows and it’s comfortable and quiet. There´s no TV, in this Villa we enjoy to sit outside in the shade, and we look at the view and all the lovely birds, also hummingbirds, we give them sugary water and they come back. We also enjoy the lovely garden and sometimes even some monkey comes to visit. The monkey picture is from the garden from a few years ago. The swimming pool is stunning. It´s 10m by 4m with a nice sitting spot in the shallow water for a group that measures 4,5 m2 or for kids. The depth beside the shallow part is 1,40m up to 2 meter. All electric is completely new. Also new fridge, freezer, oven, fans washing machine and new coffee maker in the house. The villa is a great space for families, we´ve hosted many before with a lot of success. We have been very lucky and we have a very good host Marilia . Shes takes care for all the bookings. Our guests gives her very good reviews and 5 stars all the time. Here are hers presentation: Hello I am Marilia I like to surf, travel and play the guitar. I´m half Italian, half Brazilian, mother of a 14-year old. My favorite places are Costa Rica (where I lived for 1,5 years), Chile and Mexico. I´m open to go anywhere. I´ve been to a few places in Europe, but I usually plan on surf locations where I can spend less money. I receive people all the time and besides the money aspect of it, the truth is that I get to meet many nice people. We also have a custodian/ gardener named Novo. He is also very nice and helpful. Usually he picks up at airport, and drives us when we are leaving. Marilia can arrange it for you. Novo lives next door to us. The nearest airport is Natal, and it’s about 1,5 hours drive one way. Best regards Rita and Inge The house has parking space for 2 cars. If you come with more, you need to park the others outside the condominium. The streets around are safe and there are parking lots in the main street. Minimum booking is normally 4 days in high season and 2 days in low season. Our hostess Marilia can help you during your stay. She will meet you and show you the Villa. She can give you any information needed. She can also provide taxi from the airport to the house. She speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and English. The Villas is on a little street just inside the gate where there are 12 Villas with brick walls around. So it is safe. 3 minutes walk down the road is there a little shop where you can buy Frech rolls and they have the most you need. If you are going to do a larger shopping they’re have some bigger shops at the Main Street. Near the Mainstreet there is a very good bakery, we are often there. Just ask for it. Parking just outside the Villa, we have room for 2 cars only. If you come with another car, that has to be parked outside the condo. The streets nearby are safe and there are parking lots in the main street. The Villas is on a little street just inside the gate where there are 12 Villas with brick walls around. So it is safe. 3 minutes walk down the road there is a little shop where they have the most of what you need. If you are going to do a larger shopping there are some bigger shops at the Main Street. Near the Main street there is a very good bakery, we are often there. Just ask for it. Nearest Bus stop 5 minutes walk away. Constant sea breeze from the Atlantic ocean, therefore air conditioning is not needed. The privacy is fantastic, it´s very save with walls and gates around the villa and the condominium. We kindly ask our guests to use only plastic cups around the swimming pool and make silence after 10pm. We also request that you don´t invite people that are not staying at the vila to the house or the swimming pool.
