Just minutes from downtown Ashland and only a few miles to Hunington, WV. You will love the quiet flavor of the neighborhood. It's a perfect location for travelers who are enjoying all the Tri-State Area has to offer. Located off Interstate 64 off the Catlettsburg exit. The home is only 2 miles from King’s daughters hospital and Central Park, as well as downtown Ashland. 3 miles from Ohio, 5 miles from Marathon Petroleum Company, and 15 miles from Huntington, WV. Guests have access to their own private driveway. The front driveway is all yours, no need to worry about anyone blocking you in, for I park around back in the garage. Guests have access to the entire first level, as well as the second floor kitchen. I am very accessible and easy to get ahold of, whether by text, call, email, or through Airbnb. The neighborhood is located in a nice and quiet part of town near a dead end street, so traffic and noise is kept at a minimum. My house is located in the heart of Ashland. It far from all the things Ashland offers, and not far from the interstate and highways. Besides being in Kentucky, you can get to Ohio or West Virginia with ease. Guests will have access to their own full bathroom, access to a fully furnished kitchen, two leather coaches, washer and dryer, closet space for luggage and clothing, a table/work space, and a queen bed.
