One bedroom with private bath. Located in a five bedroom owner occupied home on a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful, tree-lined neighborhood, situated within 1.5 miles of I 295, and I 495. Rental features a full bed, hall bath, and free parking. The bath will be private unless the second bedroom (Whimsical) is rented simultaneously by you. Gaylord and MGM are a short 10 minute drive, Old Town Alexandria, VA can be reached in 10-12 minutes, and Capitol Hill is a 15 minute drive (non rush hour). There are a lot of folks who offer beautiful homes in safe neighborhoods at reasonable prices. However, we do feel ours is special.
