Mahogany Point 2 – A Beachfront Townhouse on the North Coast of Grand Cayman

This tastefully decorated small resort of oceanfront villas is perfectly located to take advantage of the fresh sea breezes and the magnificent view of the shimmering Caribbean sea. It has a sandy and rocky beach and the snorkeling in front of the villas is spectacular. Right out the back is a wonderful beach where you can snorkel around the colorful reef or jump in the double kayak to explore the picturesque shoreline. Alternatively, you can walk right out your door to the freshwater pool, located in the center of the complex, and relax in peace with the coconut trees for shade! Since Mahogany Point is a small-scale complex on Grand Cayman’s quiet North Coast, the beach and pool are often pleasantly deserted. Mahogany Point is a lovely welcoming space. This condo provides a King bed in the Master with an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed also with an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom, located downstairs, has a Queen and its own full ensuite bathroom, so there is plenty of space to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and is fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances you need to cook your own meals and enjoy your favorite dish. We recommend picking up some fresh seafood, either at Rum Point, or speak to your Property Manager. The patio is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset breezes, cool night air and a Caribbean cocktail! If you are looking for some activity, Rum Point, with its beach bar, restaurant, and watersports shop, is just a 10-minute drive away. The Botanical Gardens are a lovely way to spend an afternoon learning about the local flora and fauna and seeing the rare blue iguanas! The Crystal Caves are a spectacular new attraction, located right in North Side, and of course the Bioluminescent tour in Cayman Kai is breath- taking. The best time to see the cove light up with the touch of your hand is usually the week before and the week after the New Moon, so please check to see if it is available before you arrive. Mahogany Point is about a 45 minute drive from the airport and George Town, but only a few minutes drive to a few great local restaurants such as Over the Edge, Rum Point Restaurant and Kaibo Beach Bar and Grill, beach bars, Watersport shops (Red Sail Sports at Rum Point), activities (Crystal Caves) and a small local grocery store (Chisholm’s). ** Please note this property is not available for rent to locals/residents of Grand Cayman **
