Cozy Mountain Retreat, in the Monadnock Region!

Enjoy our cozy, 4 season, condo. Spring and summers invite hiking, kayaking, golfing & good old fashioned relaxing in this light, bright, home located right on the mountainside. The end unit, opens up to panoramic views of the trees and ski slopes from every angle. This is a cozy 1 bedroom (sleeps 4), 1.5 bath condo with gas fireplace, full kitchen & all of the amenities. Scenic Crotched Mtn. Golf Course is next door, offering 18 holes. Enjoy entertainment & dine at historic Toll Booth Tavern! The space is vaulted with, sky lit, ceilings and surrounded by windows and sliders, which open to a wrap around deck.....all providing amazing views of the mountain slopes, and wooded hills. You will have the entire condominium, and wrap around decks, to yourself. We are available by phone or email with any issues. We also have a property manager who is nearby to handle any other issues. Located in the beautiful Monadnock Region, recreation abounds!! For winter, you are slope-side for downhill, with a Nordic center 1+ mile away, for cross-country skiing as well. In spring and summer, a beautiful 18 hole golf course awaits you 1+ mile away. There are plenty of lakes and rivers for kayaking and paddle boarding. Scenic Peterborough with all of its shops, restaurants and history, awaits you just 15 minutes away. Take a covered bridge tour, or just relax and enjoy the beauty that is all around you! Currently, there are a smart television, and wifi available. Log into your own Netflix, etc. account on the smart tv. OR, If you have a Firestick, Roku or other streaming device, you can use the wifi to stream tv. Note: The bedroom is lofted, located up the spiral staircase. Noise: A reminder, you are located on a ski slope. During the winter months, you will (sometimes) hear skiers, and you will hear groomers at night. However, remember, that is the upside, you can ski right out of your door, first thing!! Being an end unit, it is very peaceful, and easy to forget that we have neighbors. However, please be respectful that there is a neighbor next to the unit, and below as well. Please, no shoes in the house, and keep the noise to a minimum, after dark. (The condo is part of a complex that observes quiet hours from 10pm - 7am.) Pets: Small dogs may be considered on a case by case basis, with an additional $50 (refundable) deposit and approval. Photos of pets (may) be required. Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $350
