This is largely a self-service rental with self check-in and your privacy is highly regarded. That being said, I do live in the top floor of the home and available should you need any assistance, so please don't hesitate to reach out! This Airbnb is located in a peaceful and quiet residential neighborhood, surrounded by the Shenandoah mountains, but still close to town and many attractions. 7-mins to Front Royal town and 8-mins to Shenandoah Nat'l Park entrance. You'll need a car to get to this Airbnb as there are limited public transportation options available here. Free parking is available on-site for 2 cars (let me know if you need additional parking). CAT ON SITE: We recently adopted a super sweet cat who is both indoor/outdoor so she roams the premise & loves to approach strangers to beg for love. Please let me know in advance if you have any cat allergies (she is NEVER allowed inside the Airbnb space to guarantee that it's pet-free, so please don't let her indoors!) PHONE COMMUNICATION: No landline available. Some guests have reported spotty cell service, but calls can be made over wifi with no issues (make sure you enable wifi calling). SECURITY: There is an outdoor security camera installed on-premise for the purpose of enhanced security for both guests & host. NO indoor monitoring whatsoever. COUNTRY LIFE: We try our best to keep this property pest-free, but please note this is a mountain home and harmless bugs will occasionally make an appearance! SANITATION/CLEANING: We are extremely picky about cleanliness, even more so with Covid-19 in our midst. Freshly washed bed sheets/linens are guaranteed with every booking, and all surfaces will be thoroughly disinfected & sanitized for safety & security! Hand sanitizer & disposable masks are provided.
