Puerto Carrillo Sunset is located 500 meters from beautiful Carrillo Beach and overlooks the Pacific Ocean. The view includes both Carrillo and Samara beaches. Most evenings, you will be treated to a spectacular sunset. This large private room includes two double beds and one single bed. Your morning ritual will include a delicious poolside breakfast each morning. This room includes 2 double beds and one single bed. Perfect for a family of 5. This room includes A/C, clean linen, towels for both the pool and shower and air dryer. The the pool is steps away from your room. As a guest, you'll have access to the pool, common area, and shade under the rancho. Breakfast is served each morning next to the pool area. You don't need to go far to enjoy the Howler/Capuchin monkeys. The will come right next to the property to eat mangos and play around in the trees. You can also spot many birds around the house. Once you arrive at the B&B, you will be greeted by the friendly owners Ignacio and Nany or the live-in caretakers Larry, Kandy and their son Reymond. There's always someone on site if you have any requests or questions. Their living quarters are on the premises. Playa Carrillo is one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. Once you visit this beach, you will compare all other Costa Rican beaches to this one. The water is safe, calm, and warm. The beach is clean, mostly empty, and lined with palm trees. You will find a natural setting with minimum development along the 2km crescent beach. There's plenty of parking all along the beach, so the access is quick and easy. Puerto Carrillo is located at the far end of the beach. This little town offers a few sodas, restaurants, and small hotels. Samara is the larger town located approx a 10-minute drive from Playa Carrillo. A rental vehicle is recommended to get to the house;however, the public bus can drop off guests at the bottom of the hill. Keep in mind that the walk up from the beach can be a good cardio workout. The 500m drive from the beach to the house is a little step, but you will be treated to a spectacular view once you arrive at the house. A 4X4 will make the drive up easier, but is not required.
