It's ideal for active couples + perfect as well for those looking for a place to recharge their batteries and just relax.Situated in hills right in the middle of Aruba, 10 min away from all beaches etc Right on the border of Aruba's national park Arikok, this hidden little paradise is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet, lazy chilling around the pool or if you love off road bike riding and long walks through the hills, while enjoying the most amazing views of the island from all angles. There is a shared pool on the premisses, a lush garden, a beach tennis/ volleyball field, hammocks and lounge chairs throughout the garden and our faithful "Kono", the golden retriever that lives on the premises You can have as much or as little interaction as you like. We are a very private kind of family, but everyone is always welcome and we love sharing our love for and knowledge of Aruba with our guests and friends. Jamanota is the highest point on the island and therefor the views from that area are spectacular, the sunsets unforgetable, and because it's completely hidden, the amazing the peace and quiet so unique and my favorite part of the location. Even though Aruba is very small, we always recommend renting a car while staying anywhere in Aruba. The infrastructure is just not the best when it comes to bike paths and walkways and it's much to hot to walk long distances. Our location is reachable by public transportation, but buses only pass by a few times a day. The kitchen is fully stocked. Stoof, oven, fridge, microwave, pots and pans and all you need to set a table for a feast. Anything missing, your host most probably will have it for you, just ask! One bedroom apartment with a open fully stocked kitchen, living room, and small bathroom with bath. Enjoy the pool and pool area, tropical garden, hammocks all through the garden, outdoor grill, the sunbathing area, lounge chairs and chill areas, Volley Ball/ Beach Tennis court, Basket, and a Trampoline! Also cuddling with one or more of our cats and or with "Kono" the sweetest Golden Retriever ever, is very much appreciated by the pets living in the surrounding gardens. As much or as little as pleases our guests! We are always nearby in case needed, at the same time leaving our guest all the privacy and peace and quiet humanly possible. It's completely quiet and secluded from all the hustle and bustle and you are surrounded by nature and our national park is right in your backyard. Beautiful hikes and biking or just a nice walk in the hills arround you, is all possible right from your own doorstep Renting a car is highly recommended. Scooters and motorcycles are not recommended in Aruba It is very hard to describe the serenity of this hidden oasis, but one thing is sure, you will be revived and completely relaxed after staying here.
