Our cosy flat in Niterói is wonderful for a peaceful experience in Rio. It is also perfect for who needs a calm space for working/relaxing. Nearby: Praia de Icaraí, Federal University, bus stops with connections to Rio, ferry station and Atlantic beaches. The flat has an office-like set up, including a work station and a sofa. Equipped kitchen and washing machine. The bedroom is excellent to rest. It is also a very welcoming living room for de-stressing. If you would like to relax the bedroom has a wonderful queen-size bed, it is quiet and cosy. It is a perfect capsule for sweet dreams. Our kitchen is well-equipped and we also have a laundry area. For the hot days, we offer air-conditioner and ceiling fans. The entire flat. The flat is near the Icaraí beach where you can enjoy the beauty of Rio de Janeiro landscape, sport activities or a simple coconut water. You can find almost all types of services near the flat: plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, drugstores, bakeries, shops, hairdressers, etc. There is also a lively cultural scene in the neighbourhood. We are located few steps from UFF Cultural Centre with cinema, theatre and gallery. It is also a short and enjoyable walk, through the seaside, to reach the famous Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC). There are many bus stops (very short walk distance from our flat), including buses to go to Rio or other municipalities and buses that will drive you to the Atlantic beaches, like Itacoatiara. Our location is less than 10 minutes by bus or 5 by taxi, to the ferryboat station where you can cross the bay via sea transport. If you have a car there is a 24h parking building by the side of our flat with very reasonable prices, besides parking options in the streets nearby.
